Psychology-informed coaching to support confidence, direction, learning and wellbeing.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a practical, supportive process that helps people gain clarity, build skills, and move forward with confidence. It is future-focused, non-clinical, and tailored to individual needs.

Who it’s for

I work with young people and adults who want support with organisation, confidence, learning, direction, and wellbeing — in a calm, structured, and human way.

Benefits of Coaching

Coaching provides structure, accountability, and space to think clearly and reflect. It strengthens decision-making, encourages greater self-awareness, and helps build habits that support long-term growth.

Galina Galichyan
Founder of Organised Coaching
I’m Galina Galichyan, a psychology-trained mentor and coach. I hold an MSc in Psychology and I am a Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS). My work focuses on helping young people, parents, and adults. Through my work, I have seen that many capable and intelligent people struggle not because they lack ability, but because they lack clear systems, structure, or guidance. My approach combines psychological insight with practical strategies, helping people build organisation, confidence, and direction step by step.

Alongside my coaching work, I am continuously involved in professional development and regularly attend seminars and training to further expand my knowledge and practice. I am also currently assisting on a research project at Queen Mary University of London investigating sensory-motor interaction patterns in autistic and neurotypical adults.

I am always interested in new opportunities in interdisciplinary research, experimental psychology, and clinical research aimed at better understanding human interaction and behaviour. My particular research interests include ADHD and psychological factors influencing behaviour in online environments. If you are working on related projects or collaborations, I would be very happy to connect.
