These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Organised Coaching.
1. Nature of ServicesOrganised Coaching provides
mentoring and coaching services for young people and adults.
Services are
non-clinical and are not intended to replace therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
If a situation falls outside the scope of coaching, clients may be advised to seek appropriate professional support.
2. Coaching RelationshipCoaching is a collaborative process designed to support:
- organisation
- confidence
- decision-making
- personal development
Results cannot be guaranteed as progress depends on individual engagement and circumstances.
3. Booking and PaymentSessions must be booked in advance through the website, email, or direct communication.
Payment terms:
- Fees must be paid before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed.
- Course or programme fees may require advance payment.
Prices are listed on the website and may change periodically.
4. Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide
at least 48 hours notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full.
5. ConfidentialityAll coaching conversations are treated with respect and confidentiality.
However, confidentiality may be broken where there is concern about:
- risk of serious harm
- safeguarding obligations
- legal requirements
6. Work with Young PeopleWhen working with individuals under the age of 18:
- parental or guardian consent is required
- communication may involve parents where appropriate
The aim is to maintain a balance between confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities.
7. Limitation of LiabilityOrganised Coaching will not be liable for decisions made by clients based on coaching discussions.
Clients remain responsible for their own choices and actions.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll materials, frameworks, and content provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Organised Coaching unless otherwise agreed.
